Any Trades People visiting your property and carrying out any work,
will be accompanied at all times. The work will be inspected prior
to any payment being made. Any quotes for work or services carried
out will not be started or agreed to, until you, the owner,
authorises it.* A Boletin is a Legal
document to state the work carried out is Legal and Compliant in
